OmniDub ("we", "us") is an independent business operated from India. You can reach us about privacy at the email address listed on our Contact page.

• Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address, company and message.
• Account and billing information, once accounts exist (handled with our payment provider).
• Videos and audio you upload so we can dub them.
• Voice data: recordings and models created from a speaker's voice, only after that speaker has given consent.
• Basic technical and usage data (such as pages visited and device type) to keep the site working and improve it.

• To provide the dubbing service you ask for.
• To respond to demo requests and support messages.
• To keep our service secure and to prevent misuse, including checking that voice consent exists.
• To improve the product and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

A person's voice is personal and can be sensitive. We create a voice model only with the speaker's explicit permission, use it only to dub that speaker's content, and keep it only for as long as needed or until you ask us to delete it.

We do not use your voice or videos to build voices for other people.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU/UK under GDPR, or consent under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), we rely on your consent, on performing our contract with you, and on our legitimate interests in running a safe, working service. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with service providers who help us run OmniDub, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics, and only as needed for those services. We may also share data when the law requires it.

In practice that means: our website hosting and delivery network, the service that delivers contact-form messages to our inbox, our email provider, and, once paid plans are billed online, our payment processor. We do not give any provider the right to use your videos or voice for their own purposes.

We keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months. We keep uploaded videos and voice models only while your account is active, and delete them within 30 days of your request or of account closure, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email us. We'll respond within the time the law allows.

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we use analytics, it is a privacy-friendly tool that does not follow you across other sites, and we will name it here.

OmniDub is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect a problem.
